Private Beach Rules

To ensure safety, comfort, and a great vibe for everyone, access to and use of our private beaches are subject to these house rules. Anyone joining us in these spaces agrees to respect all the following guidelines.


Access to private beaches

• Access is exclusively for guests with a valid pass or ticket for the private beach area.
• Make sure to wear your identification bracelet provided at the entrance at all times!
• Young adventurers must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Rules of Conduct

• We love a positive vibe! Respectful and polite behavior is expected from everyone at all times.
• To keep the area peaceful for everyone, please avoid loud noises like shouting or high-volume music.
• Any form of rudeness, harassment, or violence will result in immediate removal from the park without a refund.

Health & Safety

• Smoking, drinking alcohol, or eating outside designated areas is strictly prohibited.
• Glass containers, sharp objects, or any dangerous items are strictly prohibited.
• Please follow the instructions of our lifeguards and team members at all times for a safe splash!

Facilities & Equipment

• Sun loungers, umbrellas, and equipment provided are for the exclusive use of our private beach guests.
• Please do not move or misuse the equipment provided.
• Any intentional damage may result in repair charges or legal action.

Personal Belongings

• The water park is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
• We recommend keeping your valuables safe and not leaving them unattended.

Pets

• Pets are not allowed on our private beaches, though we always welcome guide and assistance dogs as per the law.

Policy Enforcement

• If these rules aren't followed, our team reserves the right to ask you to leave without a refund.
• In the event of dangerous or repeated behavior, we may report the matter to the authorities.
